One of the hardest trails in the area. It ends at the top of Cambirela Mountain at the mainland, approximately 1,043 meters high. From this site, you can view all the islands around. There are three trails and each takes around 2 hours to hike up the mountain and 1h 30 minutes to hike down.

Lookout Points
Mirante do Morro das Pedras
This lookout point in southern Florianópolis has a breathtaking view of Armação beach and Lagoa do Peri. It is easily accessible and it has a big parking lot. It is next to the Casa de Retiros Vila Fátima, a catholic retreat. It is only open to the public during service hours.
Mirante do Morro da Cruz
Inaugurated in 1984, it is possibly one of the oldest lookout points in Florianópolis. It lies at the top of a mountain at the city center where the TV stations are located. You will have a panoramic view of the town, including the North and South bay, three bridges, and the mainland. Avoid visiting it at night.
Mirante da Praia Brava
This lookout point can be found on the road to Brava beach. The view is incredible! It has a parking lot and a restaurant, so you can have a fun time here with your friends or family.
Mirante Ponto de Vista
Located between Mole beach and Lagoa da Conceição, this is one of the best lookout point to visit in the area. It has all the touristic infrastructure, with a parking lot, restaurants, a coffee shop and some stores. It has an amazing panoramic view of the site and it’s really worth the visit. You will definitely fall in love with this place.
Mirante do Morro da Lagoa
This lookout point is very popular, easy to access and offers a great infrastructure with a big parking lot so you can stay as long as you wish. It is also very clean and in great condition. Here you will get a stunning panoramic view of the Lagoa da Conceição, the dunes and even the sea. You also get a chance to take a picture of the famous “Sou bem Floripa” stature.
Mirante Praça Hercílio Luz
This lookout point offers an awesome view of the bridges from the Hercílio Luz Park. An amazing place to visit at sunset, as it is really enchanting! It’s also one of the best places to photograph one of the famous touristic spots in Florianópolis: the Hercílio Luz Bridge.
